The owners of this small apartment hidden under the rooftops of Paris wished to create a universe with neutral colors, an original choice for a large family to host friends near their main residence.

The studiot is located on a high floor, facing south, in a charming 19th-century Parisian building. It has been completely renovated and benefits from exceptional brightness.

A minimalist and luxurious approach has been adopted, with intentionally simple materials to highlight the finishes and sobriety of the project. The color palette is limited to white, taupe, and natural wood tones.

A Bulthaup kitchen is fully integrated into the living space.

The custom-made carpentry and bathroom furniture enhance the overall design. French furniture and Italian lighting have been carefully selected.

It is a pleasant and peaceful stay for friends to come over and visit.
